Company Name: Novell
Location (City, State): Provo, Utah
Quick Description: If you like nothing more than choreographing an intricate web launch (except maybe finding new ways to gain insight from success metrics), if a sense of mission is as important to you as developing well-oiled systems and playing with a cool new technology — we want to hear from you.
Location: Provo, UT or Waltham, MA
Novell is looking for a skilled, energetic, and highly-organized individual who can grapple with the details without losing sight of the big picture. You need to know how to manage both up and down in an organization to get the decisions, support, deliverables and results you need, on time and within budget.
You’ll work directly with our company’s Product and Solution Marketing teams, crafting proposals, mapping out projects, tracking costs, and setting timelines. You’ll follow projects as they unfold, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, negotiating and working with our in-house production team as well as outside vendors, and keeping the Director apprised of the project’s progress. Your comprehensive project documentation and ongoing tracking and reporting of success metrics will ensure we learn from every project, delivering continually improving value to the team.

- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the web broadly, and the tools we use specifically
- Writing and/or editing content for delivery on the web or email
- Maintaining and practicing specific in-depth expertise (SEO, Paid Search, Analytics, User Experience, Design, and or Web Demand Gen)
- Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, team members and senior staff
