Specific duties include:
Annual reconciliation of accounts and sales orders against known installed base information. Track audit activities; validate reporting, work with sales and customer and/or fulfillment agent to ensure correct reporting and payment. Monitor, track and report maintenance payments and any variation to established program requirements.

Review contract terms and conditions at time of renewal or term roll-over. Create recommendations for Contract Managers on renewal strategies and processes. Work with Contract Manger where needed to renew contract. Create contract modifications as needed from time to time.

Coordinate and perform activities for formal audits including performing remote/ on-site audit procedures. Work with Contract Administration to gather audit related data, review and summarize key contract information, analyze and review profiling package for Licensing audits. Prepare audit announcement letters and pre-planning work papers, conduct licensing audits. May require audit related travel.

Education Requirements: 4 year college degree required.

Specific Skills and Knowledge:
The position requires the ability to apply creative thinking and sound reasoning, and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. A working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programs is required. Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the database administrator for prospect and customer list databases.
- Oversee customer / prospect databases ensuring that the data is properly maintained, utilizing internal data cleansing tools.
- Perform database importing of leads data into the CRM (SAP) system.
- Extract prospect, contact and lead data for reporting and various marketing campaigns.
- Serve as subject matter expert for all prospect, contact and lead data housed in the CRM (SAP) database, while seeking to expand contact lists and validate/enrich existing data with additional sources.
- Assist with special projects as needed (such as optimizing integration of new data into the CRM (SAP) database, evaluating new data import vehicles, etc.)
- Work closely with marketing to create & maintain survey templates within CRM.
- Adhere to the lead process design, programming and application standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge and experience with marketing processes and CRM tools, preferably SAP.
