Company Name: Client of Merrill|Recruiting

Location (City, State): Park City, Utah

Our client is seeking a professional Business Analyst with strong experience in ERP software implementation and continuous improvement. The Business Analyst will analyze business processes and configure our client’s SAP software supporting users and business units that rely on the software.

The successful candidate will provide documentation and training of processes, and coordinate clearly with SAP to coordinate customizations, upgrades and respond to incidents as they arise. The right person will also assess needs and formulate solutions for added business process support over and above the current implementation of SAP.

This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with our client located in Park City, Utah, a company listed in the top 50 of the INC 500.

Key Requirements:
- Proven ability to understand and implement SAP software or other ERP solutions.
- Proven ability to find simplicity amid chaos, collaborate with various business managers, and implement the right changes (not just for the sake of changes).
- Ready for career advancement. Proven ability to take on challenges larger than life.
- 4 year degree in related field and good experience in real-world ERP/SAP installation and maintenance situations.

Company Culture: Since you’re a dedicated professional, your work hours will be more flexible. Nobody’s going to babysit you, but you need to perform. The office has on-site changing facilities including showers, and lunch hours are frequently spent by many of the 70-80 employees behind handlebars on a mountain or road bike. If it’s a great powder day, we hope you’ll be on the slopes, not at your desk.
