Job Posting: Contract Senior Recruiter — US-UT-Provo
SOS Technical is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to fill a need for our client in Provo, Utah. This is currently a contract position with good pay, which may become permanent with our client in the future.*
The successful candidate will have 4+ years active recruiting experience recruiting technical (Information Technology (IT) & Research and Development (R&D) ), finance and administrative personnel. Your area of responsibility will span the North American market of our client, which includes at least the US and Canada.
Ideally, your recruiting background will come from a mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience. Strong attention to detail and the full-spectrum of recruiting (strategy, sourcing, screening, recruiting, development, selection and hiring) is key. Proficiency with word-processing systems, spreadsheets, and electronic Applicant Tracking Systems is a must. Appreciation of government regulations, AA/EEO, market understanding, skills in change management, and ability to interact with individuals possessing a broad range of personalities and styles.
