Robert, this comment on Jason’s blog is truly awesome. The last paragraph is incredibly insightful. It goes way beyond recruiting/jobseeking. In fact it’s a powerful and skillful description/summary of New Communication/Marketing/PR: Attention is everything, and once you’ve established authority and trust, you no longer have to “interrupt” anyone because people will seek you out, beat a path to your doorstep.
