Nursing Degree Guide: A gateway to the world of nursing?

Sponsored Review

The Nursing Degree Guide is a nursing resource for nursing education, continuing nursing education, and a recruitment resource. The site puts more focus on education for those looking to become nurses than on providing site users with a place to find jobs. While providing information on various types of nursing career paths, I could not locate a place to post or search for employment opportunities.

If you are looking to provide your nursing staff with a resource fnurse2.jpgor continuing education to help them reach their full career potential, directing them to the Nursing Degree Guide is certainly a push in the right direction. This website provides the most basic information about what nurses do, the history of nursing. I would like to see a more complete list of educational institutions for nurses–hopefully that builds with time.

The list of online and distance learning institutions helps those people with a busy work life or family life, who appreciate the convenience of distance learning, or only having to attend class on certain lab days.

The Nursing Degree Guide calls itself “the gateway to learning more about the world of nursing.” There may be a lot of success in the future for this education resource if they continue to offer the breadth of help as they do with their continuing education resources.
